Moby holds the NYSD record for most appearances in the under 17s, having played in the side every season since he was 3. Or something, maybe 8 or 9. Only the ubiquitous Peter Magee came close.

The old days of  bat-throwing tantrums and the ensuing periods of huffs & depression seem to be behind him now. He has matured as a batsman. So much so that he knows his limitations. He realised an average of 68 was going to take some beating, so once he'd made his 8 appearances for the 2nds last season that was it. Hey Presto, league batting award secured. Well, they do say that batting is 90% in the mind.......

Whilst out down the town with the lads recently, was heard to utter the phrase "I feel naked in here without our lass"
