Thornaby won by 10 wickets.
NB- this is a fabled day in Blackhall history, since it coincided with
the Sunderland v Leeds FA Cup final. The 9 men of Blackhall includes
Campbell (sub) who is believed to be a Thornaby lad who turned out for
us. The only thing that would make this more typically Blackhall would
be if, in a totl of only 15, the scorebook didn't add up but,
strangely, it does.
